30-Day No‑Questions‑Asked Guarantee: Get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
1. Refund Windows
0–30 Days: Full Refund
Request a refund within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund — no questions asked.
31–180 Days: Pro‑Rata Refund for Unused Value
After 30 days and up to 180 days from purchase, you may request a partial refund for any unused value (e.g., unused credits). The refund is calculated based on the original per‑unit price of your purchase minus the portion you have used.
- Example: If you bought 20 credits and used 5 within 180 days, we refund the value of the remaining 15 credits at your original per‑credit price.
- Accounts must be in good standing (no policy violations) to receive a refund.
After 180 Days: No Refunds
No refunds are issued 180 days after the purchase date. Any unused credits remain available for use according to our Terms of Service.
Ineligible Purchases
The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 180 days ago
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for policy violations
- Gift packages (refunds must be requested by the original purchaser)
- Purchases made entirely with promotional credits or coupons
2. Simple Refund Process
Getting your refund is quick and easy:
Step 1: Send Us an Email

- Your account email address
- Order/Transaction ID (if you have it)
That's it! No lengthy explanations needed.
Step 2: We Process It Fast
We'll handle your refund within 24-48 hours and send you a confirmation email.
Step 3: Money Back
Refunds appear in your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your payment method.
3. Payment Method Specific Terms
Credit/Debit Cards
Refunds to credit and debit cards typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
PayPal
PayPal refunds are usually instant but may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
Digital Wallets
Refunds to digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) follow the same timeline as the underlying payment method.
4. Pro‑Rata Refunds
From day 31 through day 180, partial refunds are calculated pro‑rata for the unused portion of your purchase:
- Unused credits are refunded at your original per‑credit price
- Used portions are not refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
5. Story Package Purchases
All our story packages are one-time purchases:
- No recurring charges or hidden fees
- Credits don't expire - use them whenever you want
- Purchased stories remain in your library forever
- Refunds follow the windows above (0–30 days full; 31–180 days pro‑rata; after 180 days none)

7. Chargeback Policy
